• Mindful Living: Practices to Improve Wellbeing and Reduce Stress

Life can be challenging. Often the balance of jobs, relationships, and parenting can make life feel out of control and it can feel like there is little time left to truly enjoy our loved ones. Using mindfulness practices, we can learn how to deeply connect with our loved ones and ourselves and bring more presence to our most valued relationships. Research has shown that those who practice mindfulness are happier, healthier, more compassionate and satisfied with their lives. This also increases the ability to raise happy, confident children

This 2 hour workshop provides an opportunity for you to explore the fundamentals of Mindfulness and Meditation, and to discover how to integrate these practices into your everyday “busy” life. This workshop is experiential and includes sections of sitting, gentle movement, inter-personal activities, and group discussion.
