Natural Childbirth
HypnoBirthing® - The Mongan Method - is a
unique method of natural childbirth education, that involves methods of
relaxation, breathing techniques and visualization -all of which allow women to
use their natural instincts to bring about a safer, easier, more comfortable
birth.
It is presented in a series of five, 2 1/2-hour classes. Cost: $275. A $50 deposit is required upon registration.
The next session will run from October 15 - November 12, Mondays from 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm.
