Prenatal Peace Yoga
Prenatal yoga is a gift you choose to give yourself and your growing baby, a time-out from the mounting pressures of the day and the stresses of this time, and a chance to re-connect with the magic of this special transformation. Prenatal yoga allows us an opportunity to gently stretch out and relieve tension stored in the low back, the hips, the shoulders, the calves and more.
Enjoy this opportunity in an intimate community of other mothers, in a peaceful, supportive space, and with the guidance of a sensitive, gentle approach, one which encourages a deeper connection between you and your baby, with body, mind and spirit.
Yoga / Play
Parents are invited to practice yoga in a nurturing space while their child enjoys play with our beautiful toys. This class is open to parents/caregivers with children ages 0-3 who wish to practice yoga without worrying about childcare.
This class is open to beginners or those with prior Yoga experience. Our teacher will adapt the class to skill level of those present. All yoga equipment is available for use, or you may bring your own.
Listen to your breath as you turn inward into a deep and relaxed meditative state with us every Saturday afternoon!

The Next Step: Getting Your Body Back Yoga
In this class you will learn effective ways to; reduce that panda pouch, lose weight safely even while breastfeeding, resolve lingering problems like stomachaches, irregularity, bloating, and regain pelvic floor health.
Class includes floorwork, abdominal exercises, standing poses, restorative yoga, guided visualization, meditation and breathwork and more
