Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Jay’s transition into Fitness Trainer/Life Coach began with his personal goal of living a healthier lifestyle, and the experience he shared in assisting a friend to lose 70 pounds. By developing individualized training programs and encouraging good nutrition habits, Jay uses his passion for fitness to motivate his clients to accomplish their fitness goals and maintain a positive self-image.
