Sarah Bilodeau, Drama Therapist (RDT & HCPC)

Sarah is a registered Drama Therapist (RDT & HCPC) with over a decade of experience working with youth, families, and adults. She has experience working with life transitions, child and family struggles, parenting, attachment, loss, trauma, anxiety, selective mutism, aggression, and much more.

Sarah is from Canada, she gained her Masters in Drama Therapy at the University of Derby in England and has also lived and worked in Asia, developing a culturally-informed lens and fluidity. She can facilitate sessions in English, French and nonverbally.

Sarah has an integrative approach, where creative, person-centered, mindful, and verbal approaches can combine to assist healing, wellbeing and development. With compassion, she meets people where they are and facilitates a tailored approach that is unique to each person’s needs, age and preference, to help find what’s most fitting and serving. Creative approaches may include metaphors, images, story, embodiment, role, imagination and play.
